Schon 1976 trennten sich The Pyramids, um 30 lange Jahre später wieder zusammen zu kommen und den Beweis anzutreten, nicht von ihre Magie verloren zu haben. Schon die Wiederveröffentlichung der ersten drei Produktionen der Pyramids auf Vinyl beim feinen Chicagoer Label Ikef 2007 kam einer kleinen Sensation gleich.
